Gabriella Marcella DiTano is a recent graduate from the Glasgow School of Art. Her work ranges from full colour, Memphis inspired digital prints, to two tone, pattern filled risograph prints. She has recently launched RISOTTO, a risograph print and design studio based in Glasgow. Risograph printing achieves the similar rich spot colours and ink textures to that of screen-printing, but at an accelerated duplication speed, and at a fraction of the print cost. This process is therefore idea for graphic arts applications such as posters, zines, print editions and cards. The studio hopes to provide a useful resource for independent publishers and artists, whilst also specialising in promotional design projects for clients within the arts and culture sector.
